Refund policy

At PropCraft Digital, every item is made to order, so please read the policy for your product type below.

Digital Files (STL downloads)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, all digital file sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If your file is missing, corrupted, or doesn't match the listing, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@propcraftdigital.com and we will repair, replace, or refund your order.

Physical 3D Printed Figures

All physical items are printed to order after purchase, so we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We do accept returns and offer refunds or replacements in the following cases: the item arrives damaged or defective, the item received does not match what was ordered, or a manufacturing fault affects assembly or display.

Return window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return, refund, or exchange. This window starts on delivery, not on the order or dispatch date, so you always have a fair amount of time to inspect your item once it arrives.

How to request a return: Email hello@propcraftdigital.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Replacement items are reprinted and shipped according to our standard processing times below.

Cancellations

Because physical items are made to order, orders can only be cancelled for a full refund before printing has started. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, but the return policy above still applies if there is a defect or fault.
